This Pumpkin Pie with Honey & Molasses recipe uses Goodman’s Natural Cinnamon Extract and Goodman’s Vanilla to create a wonderfully delicious treat with no refined sugar!
Pumpkin Pie with Honey & Molasses
No refined sugar in this one!
Servings 2 pies
Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- ¾ cup honey
- 2 tbsp molasses
- ½ tsp salt (generous)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp cloves
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 can evaporated skim milk
- ½ tsp Goodman's Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Goodman's Vanilla
- 1 frozen pie crust
Instructions
- Mix in order given.
- Pour into 2 pie crusts.
- Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
- Then, turn oven down and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Maymnot set as firm as a regular pumpkin pie.
Notes
Excellent served with whipped topping. Try flavoring your whipped topping with a teaspoon of Goodman’s Cinnamon or Goodman’s Almond before serving.
