Pumpkin Pie with Honey & Molasses

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • ½ tsp salt (generous)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 can evaporated skim milk
  • ½ tsp Goodman's Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Goodman's Vanilla
  • 1 frozen pie crust

Instructions

  • Mix in order given.
  • Pour into 2 pie crusts.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
  • Then, turn oven down and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Maymnot set as firm as a regular pumpkin pie.

Notes

Excellent served with whipped topping. Try flavoring your whipped topping with a teaspoon of Goodman’s Cinnamon or Goodman’s Almond before serving.
