Coconut Poppy Seed Cake

Instructions
Prepare cake mix as directed.
Add poppy seeds and 1 tsp Goodman's Coconut Flavor to batter.
Bake, as usual, in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Prepare pudding using ½ cup less milk than box instructions require for each box.
Add ½ tsp Goodman's Coconut Flavor to pudding.
Refrigerate.
Spread thickened pudding over cooled cake.
Top with Dream Whip or Cool Whip flavored with ½ tsp Goodman's Coconut Flavor.
Optional:
Toast ½ cup shredded coconut in oven until light brown.
Sprinkle on top of whipped topping.
