Pure Lemon Flavor Alcohol Free has a zesty fresh pure lemon flavor and scent with a gel consistency. Since there is no alcohol, the pure lemon taste comes through without bitterness from alcohol. This product is not quite as strong as our Pure Lemon Extract, however, it contains the same pure lemon oil. The lemon oil in this product is made naturally with the oil from lemon peel. Our alcohol free products are very popular with candy makers. A top selling flavor, it is great in cakes, muffins, candy, frosting and glaze. Try it in beverages, too. Just a drop adds a little sunshine to your favorite beverage. Also good in chicken recipes.
Goodman’s Lemon Flavor can be used in recipes calling for lemon zest: 1 teaspoon zest = ½ teaspoon Goodman’s Lemon Flavor.
