Pure Orange Alcohol Free Flavor has a zesty fresh aroma and flavor with a gel consistency.   The orange oil used in our Orange Flavor is made naturally from orange peel.  Since there is no alcohol, the pure orange taste comes through without bitterness from alcohol.  This product is not quite as strong as our Pure Orange Extract, however, it contains the same pure orange oil.  Our alcohol free products are very popular with candy makers.  It is excellent added to muffins, glaze and sweet breads.  Add it to your favorite orange chicken recipe to really kick up the flavor.  Try a drop in your tea or sparkling beverage for amazing taste and almost no calories!

Goodman’s Orange can be used in recipes calling for orange zest, 1 teaspoon zest = ½ teaspoon Orange Extract.

Here  are a few ideas:
One to three teaspoons (to your taste) for a full recipe or 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon for a single serving.
Use in orange cream cake, as a supplement to orange juice.
Use in icing and glaze.
Add ¼ teaspoon to a glass of clear carbonated beverage – sprite, 7 up, sparkling water, etc.
Use in your favorite fruitcake recipe.
Use in recipes calling for carrot – such as muffins, cakes,  and cookies.
Add to spice cake.
Add to sugar cookies.
Add to snickerdoodles.
Add to scones.
Try it in a chocolate recipe – brownies or cake.
Add to muffins or sweet bread with a small can of mandarin oranges.
