Ingredients

1 ½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa

1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vinegar

1 cup water
6 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Put dry ingredients in baking pan.
Stir with a fork.
Make a well in the center.
Add liquid ingredients.
Stir with fork until well mixed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Frost in pan baked in.

Great with caramel frosting.
