Ingredients

4 cups peeled chopped apples
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp Goodman's Vanilla
1 tsp Goodman's Cinnamon
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 cup nuts

Instructions

Combine apples and sugar and let set.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
