Ingredients

• 1 pound graham crackers (crushed)
• 1 pound dates (chopped)
• 1 pound melted marshmellows (or 1 pound marshmallow cream)
• ½ cup cream
• 1 tsp Goodman's Caramel Flavor or Goodman's Vanilla
• ¾ cup English walnuts (or desired nut)

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients.
• Shape into roll.
• Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.
• Slice to serve.
