This Pina Colada Cake recipe uses Goodman’s Butter Flavor, Goodman’s Natural Coconut Extract, and Goodman’s Natural Pineapple Extract to create a tropical treat!

Pina Colada Cake
A tropical treat!
Servings 1 9 x 13 cake
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Goodman's Coconut
- 1 tsp Goodman's Pineapple
- ¼ tsp Goodman's Butter
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ tsp Goodman's Coconut
- 8 oz whipped topping
Instructions
- Prepare cake mix, oil, water, eggs, and Goodman's flavors and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
- While cake bakes, open cream of coconut and stir well.
- After cake bakes, punch holes with a wooden spoon into hot cake.
- Pour cream of coconut over hot cake.
- Cool and refrigerate for 1 hours.
- Mix coconut and whipped topped.
- Spread on cake.
