This Pumpkin Cake recipe uses Goodman’s Vanilla to create a new twist for pumpkin that everyone in your family or office will enjoy!
Pumpkin Cake
A new twist for pumpkin!
Servings 1 9 x 13 pan
Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 tsp Goodman's Vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box yellow or spice cake mix
- 2 sticks butter
- chopped nuts
- sugar for topping
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except cake mix and pour in greased pan.
- Crumble cake mix (dry) over top of pumpkin mixture.
- Melt butter and pour over cake mix.
- Sprinkle nuts over cake mix.
- Sprinkle sugar over nuts.
- Bake according to directions on cake mix box.
- Serve with whipped topping.
