Ingredients: 2 cups Flour; 1 1/2 cups Sugar; 1/2 tsp Baking Powder; 3/4 tsp Baking Soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas; 1/2 cup Buttermilk; 1/2 cup Butter; 2 Eggs; 1 tsp Goodman's Vanilla; 1 tsp Goodman's Natural Banana Extract

This Banana Cake recipe uses Goodman’s Natural Banana Extract and Goodman’s Vanilla to get a very moist and tasty treat that everyone will love!

Ingredients

2 cups Flour
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp Goodman's Vanilla
1 tsp Goodman's Natural Banana Extract

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add bananas, buttermilk, butter, egss, Goodman's Vanilla and Goodman's Banana Flavor.
Beat on low until mixed.
Beat on medium 3 minutes.
Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool and frost, if desired. Cream cheese frosting is great!
