Caramel Corn Recipe

Ingredients

8 cups popped popcorn

8 cups popped popcorn

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup salted butter

¼ cup light corn syrup

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon Goodman’s Natural Caramel Flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F and place popcorn in a large roasting pan.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt over medium heat.  Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the baking soda and Goodman’s Natural Caramel Flavor.

  4. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir well to coat.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
