Maple Extract has a deep maple aroma and flavor that takes you back to piping hot griddle cakes on a frosty winter morning.  Use it in hot oatmeal and pancakes.  Homemade syrup is very easy to make or just add some to your purchased syrup for deep rich maple taste.  Of course, Maple is also good in glaze, icing and baked goods.  Add to anything with a buttery nutty flavor.  For a twist substitute Maple for Vanilla in a recipe.
