This Pina Colada Cake recipe uses Goodman’s Natural Butter Extract, Goodman’s Natural Coconut Extract, and Goodman’s Natural Pineapple Extract to create a tropical treat!
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Goodman’s Natural Coconut Extract
- 1 tsp Goodman’s Natural Pineapple Extract
- ¼ tsp Goodman’s Natural Butter Extract
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ tsp Goodman’s Natural Coconut Extract
- 8 oz whipped topping
Instructions

Prepare cake mix, oil, water, eggs, and Goodman's flavors and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

While cake bakes, open cream of coconut and stir well.

After cake bakes, punch holes with a wooden spoon into hot cake.

Pour cream of coconut over hot cake.

Cool and refrigerate for 1 hours.

Mix coconut and whipped topped.

Spread on cake.
