This Pumpkin Cake recipe uses Goodman's Pure Vanilla Extract to create a new twist for pumpkin that everyone in your family or office will enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 tsp Goodman's Pure Vanilla Extract
- 4 eggs
- 2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box yellow or spice cake mix
- 2 sticks butter
- chopped nuts
- sugar for topping
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except cake mix and pour in greased pan.

Crumble cake mix (dry) over top of pumpkin mixture.

Melt butter and pour over cake mix.

Sprinkle nuts over cake mix.

Sprinkle sugar over nuts.
