Wacky Cake Recipe

This Wacky Cake Recipe uses Goodman’s Pure Vanilla Extract to create a delicious and fast treat that your friends and family are sure to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Goodman’s Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Put dry ingredients in baking pan.
  • Stir with a fork.
  • Make a well in the center.
  • Add liquid ingredients.
  • Stir with fork until well mixed.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Frost in pan baked in.

Notes

Great with caramel frosting.
