Pineapple Extract has the tropical scent and taste of crushed pineapple. This extract kicks up your pineapple upside-down cake! Just add a couple of teaspoons (or more) to your cake batter (try adding ½ cup crushed pineapple to your batter as well). It is also a great addition to yogurt, pudding, and slushy drinks. This is another great extract to try in chicken or pork dishes. We're sure you will come up with a tropical delight using this delicious flavor!
