This Banana Cake recipe uses Goodman’s Natural Banana Extract and Goodman’s Pure Vanilla Extract to get a very moist and tasty treat that everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Goodman’s Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Goodman’s Natural Banana Extract
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add bananas, buttermilk, butter, egss, Goodman’s Pure Vanilla Extract and Goodman’s Natural Banana Extract.

Beat on low until mixed.

Beat on medium 3 minutes.

Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour batter into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Let cool and frost, if desired. Cream cheese frosting is great!
