This Caramel Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie recipe uses Goodman's Natural Caramel Flavor and Goodman's Natural Cinnamon Extract to create a turkey day favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand recommended)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp Goodman's Natural Cinnamon Extract
- ½ tsp Goodman's Natural Caramel Flavor
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, spices, salt, Goodman’s Natural Cinnamon Extract, and Goodman’s Natural Caramel Flavor until smooth.

Pour filling into the pie crust.

Bake 15 minutes at 425°F.

Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking 35–40 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean.

Cool completely before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
