Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon Goodman's Double Strength Vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or line with parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes
- Add the eggs and Goodman's Double Strength Vanilla and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press about two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the dough.
- Drop the remaining dough by spoonfuls over the top. It won't completely cover the filling.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting.
