Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Goodman’s Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup plain M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper.

- In a larger bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth and well combined. Whisk in the egg and Goodman’s Pure Vanilla Extract until fully incorporated.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir with a spatula or wooden spoon just until no dry streaks remain. Do not over mix.
- Gently fold in the oats, white chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 24–28 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the center is just set.
- Let the bars cool in the pan until firm enough to lift out. Slice and serve once cooled.
