It is a great addition to cakes, frosting, gelatin and pie. It also adds a fresh zip to protein drinks and smoothies. Add a splash to your favorite sparkling beverage or cocktail for a fruity twist. Ice cream is amazing with Strawberry Extract added – just stir it into your purchased ice cream or add a few tablespoons with mashed berries to your favorite ice cream recipe.

One to three teaspoons (to your taste) for a full recipe or 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon for a single serving.
Add ½ teaspoon to fruit smoothie.
Add ½ teaspoon to plain yogurt with sweetener, with or without fruit.
Add to vanilla icing or glaze.
Add 3 teaspoons to vanilla cake recipe with 1 cup mashed strawberries.
Add to your favorite homemade vanilla ice cream recipe.  Amount varies depending on your batch size.  About 3 tablespoons flavor per gallon.
Add ¼ teaspoon to 8 oz soda pop.
Add a few drops to drinking water.
