Pure Peppermint Extract is always refreshing and cool. It is made simply with peppermint oil water and alcohol.  The peppermint oil used in our Peppermint Flavor is made naturally from peppermint leaves. It is very popular at the holidays but also a nice twist anytime. Add a splash to your cocoa or coffee. Add a teaspoon to your icing or a bit more to your favorite candy recipe! In the Summer, add a splash to your ice water for true refreshment. Also great in chocolate desserts and ice cream. Peppermint is known to sooth the stomach.

One to three teaspoons (to your taste) for a full recipe or 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon for a single serving.
Add a few drops to a mug of hot chocolate.
Add 1 teaspoon to icing – chocolate or vanilla.
Add to drinking water on a hot summer day.
Add to your favorite peppermint bark candy recipe – be careful, this can change the consistency of the melted bark
Add a few drops to a mug of coffee.
Add to chocolate protein drink.
Add to brownies or chocolate cake.
Mix into ice cream or add to your homemade ice cream recipe.  May add crushed peppermints as well.
Add to cream cheese mints.  Try rolling your mints in colored sugar, for a new twist.
